“Islam” was the message of all prophets, everyone who acquires this attribute is a Muslim. “Islam” is not for one particular nation, it is for all mankind.

  • In all prophets from the time of Adam till Mohammad including Jesus, Moses, Josef and Abraham peace be upon all of them.
  • In all holy books revealed to all prophets.
  • This universe has been created by one God “Allah” who has sent all those prophets and holy books to guide mankind to do good deeds and forbid evil deeds.

HOW TO BECOME A MUSLIM?

To convert to Islam and become a Muslim, a person needs to pronounce the below testimony (shahada) with conviction and understanding its meaning – with other Muslim’s present:

“Ash hadu Anla ilaha Illa Allah…Wa Ash hadu Anna Muhammad Rasool Allah.”

“I bear witness that there is no God worthy to be worshiped but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.” (Translation in English).

When someone pronounces the testimony with conviction, then he/she becomes a Muslim.
